Toni on her love life: ‘It’s alive and kicking’

Toni Gonzaga says that her love life is in full bloom, pretty much like her career. “It’s alive and kicking. Buhay na buhay naman siya,” humors the versatile celebrity. She says that before she entered a relationship, she told herself that she would make sure that she is totally ready for it.

“I told myself (that) I wouldn’t get into a relationship if I know I couldn’t commit and if I couldn’t give time. It just so happen that I think na-set ko na yung priorities ko. Nagagawa ko naman ang mga responsibilities ko. So I told myself, ‘I think I’m ready for a commitment,’” she shared.

Toni, who is one of the hosts of PinoyDreamAcademy, says that giving time to her boyfriend, Direk Paul Soriano, could be challenging sometimes, especially when both of their schedules are hectic.

“We’re on that path that we want to achieve namin yung mga pangarap namin. I guess we just have to support each other,” says Toni.
